This place is a second location of a Windsor staple. Some would say that theee guys have the best fish and chips in town but honestly I don't know that I have the pallet to be able to make that call. It's delicious though and the only thing fishy is how awesome the French fries are.
Restaurant was empty as probably we were last one in for the evening. Staff was super sweet. Food was fresh Will visit soon again
Came here on a Tuesday and got the Cod special for 13.99. for 2 pieces of cod, fries, coleslaw and a bun, it's the best deal!!! Very very good.
Excellent food and selection. Kids enjoyed the classic menu. Clean oil used, very tasty. Service was great, Ella our waitress did a fantastic job as we had a large group with many kids.

Best fish available. I love this place. I'm not a small guy but I can't usually finish it all. The halibut is fantastic. It's all good here. Fries are amazing.
Normally we just get take out and I always enjoy my halibut from Pat & Hanks. The Tuesday specials are great value. My son had the New Zealand Blue Cod and the portions were huge. The fries taste exactly like they did when I first started eating P&H back in the late 60’s South Windsor.
